A Transformational Coach
“The understanding, nurturing and inspiring wise-elder spirit some of us had and others of us wished for. Few people have earned their wisdom from having found their own safety and stability through unimaginable grief, suffering and relentless pursuit for peace, harmony and transformative growth. It seems like Fiona possesses an almost impossible combination of deep compassion, powerful motivation, commitment to you, an unwavering selflessness and book-worthy wisdom. Never mind Fiona’s dedication to your care and growth is beyond anything I’ve witnessed or even heard of. Fiona is simply world class at holding the space where you just feel entirely wrapped in power to visit the deepest parts of yourself, repair those parts that need it and find purpose, clarity and direction to find solid ground to transform.

Safe to open and explore
"I am a registered member of the BACP and have worked as a counsellor for 14 years in Private practice as well as for the NHS with cancer services as lead counsellor between 2009-2022 I have worked alongside Fiona Eastman for around 10 years through Victoria’s Promise a charity she is CEO for, as one of their charity’s counsellors. Fiona is one of the most dedicated and compassionate people I have had the pleasure to know. We have had many conversations over the years about families and individuals working through the trauma of their cancer diagnosis. I hear a deep knowledge, understanding and empathy when Fiona talks, which enables her to offer a person going through either a treatable cancer, or indeed end of life, the experience to support and walk along side them at a time when they feel so vulnerable and often alone even when they have family and friends to support them. Many people find it hard to open up to family and friends, they often feel they don’t want to worry them with all the emotions and often dark thoughts they feel. Fiona is able to see each person as an individual who has their own journey, their own story to tell, and she gives them the safe space to open up and explore what their journey means to them.

Nothing short of a blessing
“I have had the privilege of being supported by Fiona for several years now. Throughout this time she has consistently demonstrated an incredible depth of kindness and compassion. Fiona has a unique ability to help individuals, like myself, to unearth their core values, providing not just clarity but a renewed sense of direction in life. She is genuinely inspiring, and having her on ones corner is nothing short of a blessing. I wholeheartedly recommend Fiona to anyone seeking guidance, support and transformative change.

a safe space to express
“I have been privileged to know Fiona for a little over 3 years, from the moment I met her, she demonstrated compassion and empathy towards challenges going on in my life, giving me hope to move forward. Her ability and her understanding is very positive in nurturing both myself and family with coping strategies.
I completely trust Fiona in that anything we discuss is confidential and gives me a safe space to express myself in what has been some very desperate times. Her personality and enthusiasm for what she does especially when speaking publicly is very motivational and you can’t help but feel empowered just by being in her company, she truly is an incredible lady and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for everything that she has done and continues to do for myself and family”

I’m so very grateful
“Finding out you have cancer has to be the scariest moment of your life, compounded by being in the prime of your life with a young family. Nothing can prepare you for the fear and sheer desperation you feel in that moment when you face a mountain of uncertainty with no idea how you will climb that mountain. I was truly broken. Fiona turned up at my house in my absolute hour of need when I had no idea how I would face what might be to come. She didn’t know me, didn’t owe me anything but was there for me without question wanting to help. She showed me so much kindness and compassion, was calm, reassuring, empathetic and helped to sow a little seed in my head that I could do it and I would deal with this, one step at a time. I won’t ever forget that moment and the support I’ve had from Fiona since. I’m so very grateful.”

her support a lifeline
“My beautiful daughter Mel died on March 25th 2022 the age of 38. She had courageously battled with cancer for almost two and a half years. Throughout this time Fiona has been right by my side, her support a lifeline. She has provided an invaluable source of comfort and reassurance with her intuitive understanding of the huge challenges and complications in navigating this new world.
She holds me up, she listens with compassion, she cares, she reads me, she shares my grief. She knows. In my darkest moments she is there, beside me, guiding me through my life without Mel.
I am eternally grateful for her unconditional and unwavering support. Just knowing the she is there helps me to breathe.”

“The loss, suffering and triumph that Fiona speaks from brings an eye wateringly profound depth and an attention-dominating credibility. What you wish from any speaker is to impact their audience. From intimate groups to large auditoriums of distinguished guests Fiona blows people away, heart, mind and soul; reliably, every time. One of those rare natural born speakers who fire from the heart and just always hit the mark.”
